Jay Park
Jay is the Head of National Sales and Syndicate for Wedbush Securities. He has been with Wedbush for over 20 years, holding various roles in Equity Capital Markets and Investment Banking. Prior to joining Wedbush, Jay worked for Bankers Trust in Mortgage Backed Securities. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Jay, a native of Downers Grove, Illinois, currently resides in Los Angeles, California. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, scuba diving, biking, and outdoor photography.
Ryan Engelhardt
Ryan Engelhardt is a Managing Director and heads the Syndicate Department on Robert W. Baird’s Equity Capital Markets Desk. Ryan has been with Baird since 2003 and has worked in his current function since 2005. Prior to joining the Syndicate team, Ryan worked in Baird’s Finance Department. Ryan holds a B.A. in Organizational Administration with Minors in Economics and Communications from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.
Kathy Innis
Kathy is currently a Director in the Capital Markets Department of B Riley Securities. She joined FBR when it started in 1989 and has been there ever since. In addition to SAA, Kathy has been on the Board of the Women’s Syndicate Association since 2016. She has also served as a board member and chair of SIFMA’s Mid Atlantic District and the University of Mary Washington’s College of Business’s Advisory Board. Kathy received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Mary Washington. She’s a native of the Washington D.C. area and currently resides in Alexandria Virginia with her husband and four daughters. She enjoys practicing yoga and spending time with family and pets.
Doug Cameron
Douglas Cameron is a Managing Director, Consumer Investment Banking at Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. He previously occupied the position of Managing Director at WR Hambrecht + Co. LLC, Principal at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc., Vice President at JPMorgan Securities LLC and Vice President at Hambrecht & Quist LLC. Mr. Cameron received an MBA from American University and an undergraduate degree from Rollins College (Florida).
Kristi Clark
Kristi has been with Stephens Inc. since 1991 and a member of the Equity Capital Markets team since 1995. She is currently a Senior Vice President and Co-Head of Equity Syndicate. Before joining Stephens, Kristi worked as a Sales Associate for a national consumer products company. Kristi received a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in marketing from the University of Arkansas. She is a native Arkansan and lives in Little Rock. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, exercising, reading and spending time with family and friends.
Marty Gaia
Marty is the Head of Syndicate and a Managing Director at B. Riley Wealth Management, a B. Riley Financial Company. He joined the company following B. Riley Financial’s acquisition of Wunderlich Securities in July of 2017. Prior to joining B. Riley Wealth Management, Mr. Gaia served as Managing Director at Wunderlich from 1997 to 2017. He assumed leadership of the Institutional Equity division in 2014 after several years as Head of Equity Capital Markets. He has more than 30 years of securities industry experience. Prior to joining Wunderlich, he was a Senior Vice President in the retail brokerage division at Morgan Keegan. Mr. Gaia is a former member of the Bond Club of New York, the Equity Dealers Association, the SIFMA Equity Capital Markets Roundtable and formerly served as chair of the SIFMA Southern/South Central District board. Mr. Gaia received his B.B.A. degree in Finance from the University of Memphis.
Dan King
Dan works at RBC Capital Markets on the Equity Syndicate team since 2011 prior to that he had worked at Lehman Brothers for 16 years in Equities Trading, Corporate Service and Equity Syndicate. Dan received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Columbia University in New York. He grew up in New York and currently resides in New Jersey. His passions are golf, reading and creative writing.
